According to the new safety regulations set forth by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), each employee is responsible for completing the annual refresher courses and OSHA quiz. This process MUST be completed annually by each IHPC employee in order to remain an active employee.

Above you fill find three (3) links with corresponding quizzes and the TB questionnaire:

OSHA 

Please read the material and take each quiz after reading the material.

All 3 quizzes & TB screening qestionnaire must be completed and returned to In Home Personal Care by Friday, March 30th 2012. Failure to do so may result in suspension without pay or termination from IHPC.
